Site Decor Manager

Online + Festival @ Princeton, BC | Seasonal Contract Role

Enliven Wellness Festival is seeking a Site Décor Manager to lead the design and delivery of our site-wide visual environment. This is a key creative leadership role responsible for shaping the atmosphere of the festival through cohesive décor, thoughtful details, and a strong “big picture” vision—brought to life through an organized plan and an empowered team.

If you love turning spaces into immersive experiences and can balance creative vision + logistics + team coordination, we’d love to hear from you.

About Enliven Wellness Festival

Enliven is a festival curated for those who love to dance, celebrate, jam, and let their inner feral creature come out to play! At the same time, it's for us who honor the earth and her cycles, have a soft spot for deep and meaningful conversations, and choose to listen to our bodies when they need to rest.

It’s a place where reverence and ceremony coexist with ecstatic joy and lively dance floors. We believe that our collective expression, in all its forms, is a prayer for a more beautiful world, a world that STAYS REAL and puts connection first - to self, others, earth, and spirit or life itself. Over the years we've seen that coming together in this way creates a profound impact on the life and love that we share.
