Enliven Festival 2025 Facilitator Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the facilitation team at Enliven Festival 2025!

We are excited to co-create this year's festival with you.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Please read and understand the following message related to our facilitator application process:

SAVING: This application, unlike Google Forms, does not save your progress. Therefore, if you wish to take your time filling out the responses, we suggest you do so in a separate document and copy/paste the responses into the sheet when you are ready to submit, so as to not lose your work.

EXCHANGE: Facilitators trade their time in exchange for one (1) ticket to the event as well as one (1) Early Entry ticket. If you would like a different arrangement, please make a proposal in your application.

MULTIPLE OFFERINGS: Please submit separate applications for EACH workshop that you wish to offer.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE: Your photos, biography and workshop description, should you be selected, will be published on our website and social media and will be visible to the public. Please ensure your submission has this in mind.

DEADLINE: Application deadline is March 15th. We will NOT be accepting applications after this date. Applicants will receive their results by April 1st.

CONTACT INFO: Please ensure your email is active and without spelling errors. Please ensure your phone number is current. If you are selected to be a facilitator, you will have ten (10) business days to respond. If we do not receive a response, we will give the opportunity to the next candidate.
