Enliven Festival 2025 Live Artist Application

Hello vibrant being!! Thank you for your interest in sharing your live art at Enliven Festival 2025.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Please read and understand the following message related to our artist application process:

SAVING: This application, unlike Google Forms, does not save your progress. Therefore, if you wish to take your time filling out the responses or come back to it later, we suggest you do so in a separate document and copy/paste the responses into the sheet when you are ready to submit, so as to not lose your work.

THE VISION: As a live artist you will have 2 options, one is to create a solo piece where you bring your own materials, and take your work home with you. If you usually take your time creating your art, please bring a partially completed piece so that your audience can see where it’s going! The second option is to be a part of a collective mural alongside other artists. We will provide the materials (or give you a budget for paint if you are particular), and will also keep the mural to be displayed at the festival for future years. If you choose this option, you will need to be capable of finishing your work during the festival. Ideally you have mural or large format artistic experience and are confident in this. We encourage artists to create around our yearly animal or general themes, which will be emailed to you in the informational email should you be selected.

DEADLINE: Phase 1 application deadline is March 22nd. Phase 1 applicants will receive their results by April 5th. Phase 2 applications will remain open until May 15th OR until all slots are full, and will be processed on a first come first served basis. Results can be expected within 2-3 weeks. Note: it’s possible that all our slots will fill in phase 1, so don’t wait to apply!

MULTIPLE OFFERINGS: If you wish to share your art in multiple ways at the festival, please submit a separate application for each. For example, some artists choose to paint live and also submit pieces to our gallery.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE & MEDIA SUBMISSIONS: Your photo & biography, should you be selected, will be published on our social media and will be visible to the public. Please ensure your submission has this in mind. Please ensure that the photos are PNG or JPEG ONLY and that the photos do not have any glare, we won't be accepting any changes to the photos or information you’ve shared once submitted.
