Enliven Festival 2025 Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the volunteer team at Enliven Festival 2025!

We are excited to co-create this year's festival with you.  


BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Please read and understand the following message related to our new volunteer application process:


This year, our team has decided to add a full day to the festival programming, so that we can have spaciousness for integration, spontaneous connection, and to go deeper together. We have incorporated feedback from volunteers in previous years who desired more time to enjoy the festival programming. Therefore, we have kept the volunteer hours the same, while adding a $100 non-refundable volunteer fee, rather than increasing your hours (which means you have more time to enjoy!). We also have a need-based accessibility option for a limited amount of individuals - more details below. 


Each ACCEPTED volunteer application will pay a $100 NON REFUNDABLE FEE to secure their spot. 


Pre-Festival roles are 24 hrs prior to July 31


Mid-Festival roles are 16 hrs over the 5 active festival days (July 31 - Aug 4)


Post-Festival Roles are 16 hrs in the 2 days following the festival (Aug 4 & 5). Most Post-Fest applicants will receive a combination of Mid and Post-Fest shifts. 


If you choose to purchase an Extra Early Bird ticket and are accepted as a volunteer after the fact, you can sell your ticket through our online ticketing platform, or receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Refund requests must be submitted prior to July 1st.


If you are NOT accepted as a volunteer, and you applied before Feb 5th, you will receive a link to purchase a ticket at the Early Bird Price ($425) regardless of availability. If you apply after Feb 5th and are not accepted, you will have access to the ticket tier that is currently on sale, based on availability. 


RESULTS DEADLINE: The Phase 1 Application Deadline is March 15th, those who apply before the deadline will receive their results by April 1st. Any applications received after March 15th will be part of Phase 2, and will be processed on a weekly basis. Applications are processed in priority sequence from the date they are received, so make sure to apply early! 


All volunteers will be required to sign a liability waiver in order to receive their festival ticket. There are no exceptions to this rule.


EXCHANGE: As a volunteer, you will receive your ticket to the festival, early entry permissions, a reserved volunteer camping area, a welcome gift as well as meal tickets depending on your shifts (Pre-fest get 2 per shift, Mid/Post get 1 per shift)
